Star Trek Online new plot and back story video

There are 3 major upcoming “Star” MMOs: Star Trek Online, StarGate Worlds and my personal favorite Star Wars: The Old Republic (although I’d like to see a Starcraft one too).
This video from Cryptic has the developers talking about timeline, plot and, more importantly, has footage of space battles. And it doesn’t look that good . I don’t know if it’s from a pre-alpha build or not, so far the space combat that has been much touted by the devs doesn’t look that appealing, although the same thing cannot be said about the more “down to earth” (or planet) scenes.
